We verify that our partners carry appropriate coverage—such as AVB in the Netherlands or General Liability in Florida—so that your property is managed by professionals who take protection seriously.
What is the LocalBes Quality Standard?
Our "4.9-Star Standard" refers to our rigorous partner selection process. While service delivery is the responsibility of the independent provider, we monitor client feedback closely. If a provider fails to meet the elite standards of our community, they are removed from the network to ensure the integrity of the LocalBes name.
