1. Introduction

Welcome to LocalBes. LocalBes is operated by Qudus Elite LLC, a company registered in the United States of America.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LocalBes website, marketplace, forms, services, communications, and related features.

By using LocalBes, submitting a service request, applying as a provider, uploading content, or interacting with customers or providers through the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use LocalBes.

2. Definitions

• “LocalBes” means the website, platform, brand, marketplace, and related services operated by Qudus Elite LLC.
• “Customer” means a person or business submitting a service request.
• “Provider” means an independent business or professional who may review, unlock, quote, or perform services.
• “Lead” means a customer request submitted through LocalBes.
• “Services” means cleaning or property-related services requested by customers and offered by providers.

3. Marketplace Role

LocalBes is not the direct provider of cleaning services unless expressly stated in writing. LocalBes provides a platform where customers may submit service requests and independent providers may review or respond to those requests.

Any agreement for work, pricing, timing, quality, access, payment, cancellation, refund, or dispute is between the customer and the provider unless LocalBes expressly agrees otherwise.

4. Customer Requests

Customers may submit service requests for cleaning services such as regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, office cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, after builders cleaning, mold cleaning, and related services.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information, including name, contact details, service address, budget, schedule, service details, and any special instructions.

LocalBes may reject, hide, remove, delay, or decline any request that appears incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or unsuitable for the marketplace.

5. Customer Verification

To protect customers and providers, LocalBes may verify customer requests before sharing contact information with providers. Verification may be done by phone, email, SMS, or other communication methods.

LocalBes may confirm the customer’s name, phone number, service address, requested service, schedule, budget, and intent to proceed.

If a request cannot be verified, LocalBes may keep the request hidden, reject it, or prevent providers from accessing customer contact details.

6. Sharing Customer Information With Providers

After verification or internal review, LocalBes may share relevant customer information with approved providers so they can evaluate, quote, contact, and perform the requested service.

Customers understand and agree that providers may receive necessary information such as name, phone number, email address, service address, service details, schedule, budget, uploaded files, and customer notes.

7. Provider Status and Responsibilities

Providers using LocalBes are independent contractors or independent businesses. Providers are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or joint ventures of LocalBes unless expressly stated in writing.

Providers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Complying with applicable laws, licenses, permits, insurance, and tax obligations
• Contacting customers professionally
• Honoring agreed prices, schedules, and service expectations
• Protecting customer information
• Resolving service issues directly with customers

8. Lead Access, Payments, and Unlocks

LocalBes may allow providers to pay to access, reserve, unlock, or exclusively claim customer leads. Lead pricing, reservation fees, exclusive access fees, availability, and provider limits may vary.

Paying for a lead does not guarantee that the customer will hire the provider, respond to the provider, accept a quote, complete the job, or make payment to the provider.

Providers pay for access to the opportunity, not for a guaranteed sale.

9. Pricing and Service Agreements

Customers may provide target budgets on LocalBes. A target budget is not a guaranteed final price. Final service pricing is agreed directly between the customer and provider.

Providers are responsible for giving accurate quotes and explaining any add-ons, extra charges, travel fees, material costs, cancellation fees, or special service requirements before performing work.

10. Uploaded Photos, Videos, and Content

Customers may upload photos, videos, or other content to help providers understand the service request. By uploading content, customers grant LocalBes permission to store, process, display, and share that content with approved providers for marketplace purposes.

Users agree not to upload illegal, abusive, explicit, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content. LocalBes may remove uploaded content at any time.

11. Mold Cleaning and Safety Disclaimer

Mold cleaning requests submitted through LocalBes are for marketplace matching and information purposes. Some mold situations may require specialized inspection, licensed remediation, protective equipment, structural repair, water damage repair, or compliance with local regulations.

LocalBes does not guarantee that any provider is qualified for hazardous, structural, medical, environmental, or regulated mold remediation unless independently verified by the customer.

Customers and providers are responsible for determining whether a job requires licensed professionals, specialized remediation, insurance involvement, landlord approval, or government compliance.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete request information
• Be available for verification where needed
• Communicate respectfully with LocalBes and providers
• Confirm pricing and scope directly with providers before work begins
• Provide safe and lawful access to the service location
• Pay providers as agreed between customer and provider

13. Prohibited Use

Users may not use LocalBes to:

• Submit fake, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive requests
• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers, providers, or LocalBes staff
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or unlawful content
• Misuse customer or provider information
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or attack the platform
• Bypass LocalBes systems, payment rules, provider limits, or verification processes

14. No Warranty

LocalBes is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LocalBes makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at all times, or that customers and providers will achieve desired outcomes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qudus Elite LLC and LocalBes are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, property damage, personal injury, service disputes, provider misconduct, customer misconduct, or failed transactions arising from marketplace interactions.

LocalBes is not responsible for the actions, omissions, quality, reliability, pricing, safety, legality, or performance of independent providers or customers.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qudus Elite LLC, LocalBes, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of LocalBes, your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content, your services, your disputes, or your interactions with customers or providers.

17. Suspension and Termination

LocalBes may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, harms marketplace trust, creates safety concerns, or acts in a way LocalBes considers inappropriate.

18. Privacy

Use of LocalBes is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information.

19. Changes to These Terms

LocalBes may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of LocalBes after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Qudus Elite LLC as a company registered in the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
